Privacy Policy
Last updated: June, 22 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how MD PEP (“mdpep.com,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, and shares information when you use mdpep.com (the “Site”). By using the Site, you agree to this Policy and to our Terms of Use.
1. Who We Are
mdpep.com is an educational and informational website about peptides and related topics. We are not a healthcare provider, pharmacy, or seller, and we are not a “covered entity” under HIPAA. We aim to collect as little personal information as possible.
2. Information We Collect
Information you give us, if and where the Site offers these features – for example, when you:
- contact us or use a contact form – your name, email address, and the contents of your message;
- sign up for a newsletter or updates – your email address;
- post a comment or submission, if comments are enabled – your name, email address, and the content you submit.
Information collected automatically when you use the Site:
- usage and log data – IP address, browser type, device information, pages viewed, referring page, and date/time stamps;
- cookies and similar technologies (see Section 3);
- analytics data about how the Site is used, if an analytics service is in use.
Information from third parties, such as any analytics providers or affiliate networks we use to understand Site traffic and referrals.
We do not ask for, and you should not send us, sensitive health information about yourself. Any interactive tools the Site may offer do not store the values you enter.
3. Cookies and Tracking Technologies
We and our providers may use cookies and similar technologies for Site functionality, to measure traffic, and, where affiliate links are used, to attribute referrals. You can control or block cookies through your browser settings; some features may not work without them. Where required, we honor recognized browser privacy signals such as Global Privacy Control (GPC).
4. How We Use Information
- to operate, maintain, and improve the Site;
- to respond to your inquiries;
- to send you updates or a newsletter if you have opted in;
- to measure and understand traffic and content performance;
- to attribute affiliate referrals, where affiliate links are used;
- to maintain the security and integrity of the Site;
- to comply with law and enforce our Terms.
5. How We Share Information
We do not sell your personal information for money. We share limited information only with:
- service providers that operate the Site on our behalf (for example, hosting, email delivery, and analytics), under contracts that limit their use of the information;
- any analytics or affiliate partners whose cookies or tags operate on the Site; depending on your state, this activity may be considered “sharing” for cross-context behavioral advertising (see Section 8);
- legal and safety recipients, where we believe disclosure is required by law or necessary to protect rights, safety, or the integrity of the Site;
- a successor in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.
6. Analytics and Advertising
We may use third-party analytics services to understand how the Site is used. These services may set their own cookies and collect usage data subject to their own privacy policies, and may provide their own opt-out tools. Affiliate networks may use cookies to attribute a referral when you click certain links.
7. Your Choices
- If you receive emails from us, you can unsubscribe at any time using the link in the email.
- You can control cookies through your browser.
- We honor Global Privacy Control (GPC) signals where required by law.
8. U.S. State Privacy Rights
Depending on where you live (for example, California, Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut, Utah, and other states with privacy laws), you may have the right to:
- know about and access the personal information we hold about you;
- request deletion or correction of that information;
- opt out of the “sale” or “sharing” of personal information and of targeted advertising;
- not be discriminated against for exercising your rights.
We do not sell personal information for money. Some cookie-based analytics or affiliate activity may qualify as a “sale” or “sharing” under certain state laws; you can opt out by adjusting your cookie settings, by using a Global Privacy Control signal, or by contacting us at [email protected]. To exercise any of these rights, contact us at [email protected]; we will verify and respond as required by law.
9. Health Information
mdpep.com is an information publisher and is not a HIPAA covered entity. We practice data minimization and do not knowingly build health profiles about you. Please be aware that the pages you browse can reflect your interests; we encourage you to use the Site with that in mind and not to send us details about your personal health.
10. Children’s Privacy
The Site is intended for adults 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18, and the Site is not directed to children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.
11. Data Retention
We keep personal information only for as long as needed for the purposes described in this Policy, or as required by law, and then delete or de-identify it.
12. Data Security
We use reasonable administrative and technical measures to protect information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, however, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
13. Third-Party Links
The Site links to third-party websites and vendors that have their own privacy practices. We are not responsible for those practices. Review their privacy policies before providing information to them.
14. Users Outside the United States
The Site is intended for users in the United States, and information is processed in the United States. If you access the Site from another country, you do so on your own initiative and are responsible for compliance with local law.
15. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Policy from time to time. We will post the updated version with a new “Last updated” date, and your continued use of the Site after the change means you accept the updated Policy.
